Announcing New Middle School Principal!

Please join us in giving a warm welcome to Mr. Douglas. We’re so excited for the future of our Middle School under his leadership!

Mr. Douglas brings a wealth of academic experience, having served as Dean of Students at Judge Memorial since 2021, and as a history teacher at the middle, high school, and collegiate levels since 2008. He holds a BA in History and Classical Civilizations from Austin College and an MA in History from the University of Texas at Arlington. He is currently pursuing his PhD at Marquette University in seventeenth-century France. An ongoing academic, he is presently researching Educational Leadership programs both locally and across the West, following the defense of his dissertation.

Mr. Douglas is passionate about middle school education, promoting unique school cultures, and building strong, inclusive communities. A proud history enthusiast, he finds creative ways to connect the past with the present both in and out of the classroom. Outside of school, you’ll find him hiking Utah’s trails, playing Dungeons and Dragons, and spending time with his wife, Ashley, their son, T.J., and their beloved corgi, Philip. He’s also known for crafting the perfect trivia night and looks forward to potentially hosting an event for our MCS parents soon.

Please join us in giving a warm welcome to Mr. Douglas. We’re so excited for the future of our Middle School under his leadership!
