Tuition and Expenses

For Grades Preschool - 8th grade, The Madeleine Choir School offers a six-tiered tuition model. With this model, the tuition paid by each family reflects their income level and asset base. Ideally, the model ensures that each class in our school is populated with students who represent a spectrum of financial backgrounds. In the application process, you as a family are asked to request the tuition tier you feel is financially tenable. The current tuition tiers for the 2025-2026 academic year are listed below. 

• Tier 1 - $12,986
• Tier 2 - $11,307
• Tier 3 - $10,667
• Tier 4 - $9,158
• Tier 5 - $8,255
• Tier 6 - Needs Based

As a means of creating a baseline of understanding and dialogue with the school, families applying to Tiers 2 through 6 are required to submit salary and asset information via FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment.

Financial Aid

Financial aid is available for families with students in Pre-K 4 through 8th grade qualifying for need-based assistance. We regret that we are not able to offer assistance to students entering Pre-K 3 at this time. Assessment of need is determined by FACTS Grant and Aid, an independent financial assessment program. Final financial aid awards, an equitable distribution of our limited scholarship monies are decided by the school's Pastoral Administrator. Every effort is made to provide families with the assistance they need.

FACTS provides the school with a financial analysis of the application and a recommendation for aid. You will be required to submit income tax information as a part of the application. Tier 1 families are not required to submit financial information.

Additional annual costs may include: Choir Camp (Grades 5 - 8), Teton Science School (Grade 6), Graduation Fee, Performance Tour Expenses (for choristers in Grade 5 - 8), Hot Lunch, Extended Care, School Supplies, Extracurricular Sports Fees, and Transportation fees. Tuition and fees may be paid in one installment or spread out over eleven months through our automatic withdrawal program. The Tuition Tiers and Tuition Fee Schedule are attached below.
