Dr. Kristin Kladis

Dr. Kristin Kladis joined The Madeleine Choir School as our Lower School Principal in 2026. Dr. Kladis transitioned to the Choir School from Judge Memorial Catholic High School, where she served as the Director of Student Services. An accomplished educational leader, she holds both a Ph.D. in Special Education and a Master of Education from the University of Utah, alongside a Bachelor of Business Administration from Gonzaga University. Dr. Kladis is deeply passionate about implementing evidence-based best practices in student education and behavioral support, and she brings a wealth of expertise and leadership to our school community.

 

Beyond her professional pursuits, Dr. Kladis is devoted to her family, enjoying time with her husband, their three children, and the family dog. Her personal interests include traveling, reading, exploring the outdoors, and hosting loved ones.

Dr. Kladis is particularly looking forward to grounding her daily work in the spiritual life of the school, especially through moments of prayer in the Cathedral elevated by the beautiful singing of the choristers.
