Mr. Luke Newey

Luke Newey joined The Madeleine Choir School as Development Events Specialist in 2025. A Utah native, he has spent the last eight years moving around the country, working with a range of nonprofit organizations. Luke originally began his career in civil engineering, focusing on international and domestic rural water systems, but eventually succumbed to his lifelong dream of studying and working in the humanities. He completed a dual degree program at the University of Louisville, obtaining an MBA as well as an MA in Public Humanities. He moved back to Utah from Kentucky, where he was working with the Louisville Orchestra as their Manager of Institutional Giving.
