Cole Montella
Mr. Cole Montella holds a B.A. in History from the University of Utah and is currently pursuing an M.A. in Classical Education from the University of Dallas. With a passion for both history and literature, Cole believes these subjects offer students a deep and meaningful way to explore the human story—its triumphs, tragedies, questions, and truths. He especially enjoys how literature cultivates imagination and moral insight, while history provides a grounded understanding of the world’s beauty and brokenness.
Before joining the MCS community, Mr. Montella taught for three years in Fort Worth, TX—one year in 5th grade and two years in 4th grade. Outside the classroom, he enjoys running, cooking, reading, and ice skating.
