Extended Care

Register NOW for the 2025-2026 MCS Extended Care Program!

Registration

 
Complete the two steps below to register your student(s) for Extended Care:
  1. Download and complete the Extended Care Registration form through the linked button below. Completed registration forms must be emailed directly to Heidi Petersen at: [email protected].
  2. Pay the $70 Registration Fee through the Extended Care Payment Portal linked button below, or by submitting check or cash to the MCS Main Office.

2025-2026  
Hours of Operation 

  • The Extended Care Program is for children in PK - Grade 8 who attend The Madeleine Choir School
  • Extended Care is housed in St. Gregory Hall on the MCS campus
  • Morning Extended is offered on most school days from 7 - 8 AM
  • Afternoon Extended is offered on regularly scheduled school days from 3:30-6:00 PM
  • Extended is closed on all school holidays, when school is not in session, and on those days as indicated in the school calendar or communicated through the weekly parent newsletter.
  • EXTENDED CARE for the FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL
    • Morning Extended care is NOT available on the first day of school
    • Afternoon Extended Care IS available on the first day of school

Cost 

  • $70 Registration Fee per child for the year (Fee includes: registration, supplies, and snacks.)
  • Morning Extended Care (7:00 - 8:10 AM) -  $13.00 per child/per day
  • Afternoon Extended Care (3:30-6:00 PM) - $13.00 per child/per day
  • Extended Care Staff members are employed until 6:00 PM. Parents will be assessed a late fee of $1.00 per minute, per child, past the closing time to be paid to the Staff member working.

Billing

Billing for Extended Care is automatically withdrawn monthly by Tuition Management platform. If you do not want to use Tuition Management, let Ms. Heidi know at [email protected].
