Ms. Shannon Cisar

This is Shannon Cisar's 7th year at MCS. Shannon is from Pittsburgh, PA. She and her husband moved to Utah 9 years ago after living in Boston, Connecticut, and New Jersey.  They have 4 children-Sarah, Sophie, Kacey, and Will. 

 

She earned her B.A. at Penn State.  After teaching for a few years in Montgomery County, MD, she moved to Massachusetts where she attended Lesley University for graduate school earning an M.ED in early literacy.  

 

She enjoys reading, hiking, checking out SLC's new restaurants, and traveling.
