Student Gala Fundraiser!
The Student Gala Fundraiser 2025 (formerly known as the "Cardinals Care Community Drawing") is underway! Each student is asked to "sell" 10 tickets, with a suggested donation of $10 per ticket, to support the MCS annual gala. Donations and ticket entries will be submitted online through a QR code found on the tickets. For class incentive credit, students should keep track of their "sales" on the paper tracking sheet to submit to their homeroom teacher every Friday. They will receive new ones for the following week's tickets. Full instructions, including the ticket packet and tracking sheet, was sent home with your student. Reach out to the Advancement office with any questions, or have your student let their teacher know if they would like more tickets to "sell". Instructions for Student Ticket Sales
PLEASE NOTE the following steps to complete your purchase, if you do not already have a Handbid account.
1. Indicate the number of tickets you would like to purchase to be added to your cart, then click "For Sale" to confirm.
2. Login or create your account with Handbid, MCS's NEW gala platform.
3. Once you have completed your registration, click "continue using the web".
4. Confirm that the tickets are in your cart in the upper right hand corner where you will see a red number icon with the shopping cart symbol.
5. A pop-up may appear asking "Purchase Tickets?" select "No, thanks." This is for the event and will be updated at a designated time.
6. Click on the shopping cart icon and select "add a new card".
7. Fill out your preferred credit card details and confirm.
8. Click "Pay Now".
