A Special Message from Bishop Solis Bishop Oscar Solis welcomes students and teachers to the 2025–2026 school year, celebrating the 150th Anniversary of Catholic education in Utah. From the first Catholic school established in 1875 by Bishop Scanlan and the Sisters of the Holy Cross, to the flourishing schools of today, this Jubilee Year of Hope honors our legacy of faith, learning, and service. Join us in celebrating 150 years with 150 faces of Catholic education, 150 acts of kindness, and a renewed commitment to our mission.

  • 6:54 MCS International Performance Tour

    The Choristers of the Madeleine Choir School embark upon an International Performance Tour every other year which takes them on a pilgrimage to Italy every four years. The Tour of Italy encompasses Venice, Assissi, Florence and Rome, including a crescendo at St. Peter's Basilica. Other tour destinations have included London, Paris, Prague, and many more international destinations.

    On Monday, October 30, 2017, the Chorister of the Madeleine Choir School performed a brilliant rendition of the National Anthem before the Utah Jazz tipped off against the Dallas Mavericks. Inspired by the performance the Jazz went on to victory over Mavericks 104-89.
