In coming months the restoration and seismic upgrade of Jacquelyn M. Erbin Hall will be completed, allowing us to re-occupy this learning space with a renewed inspiration. As we reach out to our community to raise the final $200,000 needed Mr. Glenn and Principal Baillie give us an insiders tour illustrating the difficult nature of this project and the many unknown structural deficiencies that have now been corrected with the help of our amazing partners at Okland Construction and MJSA Architects.

welcome to Maryland Class B as many of you know what we are celebrating our 20th anniversary  menu Facebook  someone who will our journey as move from Nation from the casino to our meal and now we're in the mission of the restoration project of Hermann Hall and we're serving polish for children we need your help we're going to college as many of you know with renovation projects there are many unforeseen circumstances and challenges this building had an enormous number of strut efficiencies and other challenges that we faced we want to show you some of those challenges so the songs cool could have very easily been at the base of Our Little Gym Norwalk we have a drill 4-inch diameter from the foundation of the building resolution beautiful worship directions to exposing all this masonry has been a wonderful Discovery in the building but it wasn't done just for beauty we had to remove all of the Master on all of the walls because they were loaded with face we're able to make this our new art studio so miss mattos can put away her cart over here was working at over 300% of its capacity prior to the installation of this movie most of you know the legend of the old swimming pool at the bottom of bourbon Hall well we've gotten rid of all the ghosts and now have this as you can imagine the foundation of this 100 year old building was not in terribly than shape it over 60 locations on the exterior of the we had to drill micropiles which go down to 30 ft into the ground reaching the shore of Lake Bonneville after which concrete is convinced that concrete balusters is attached to a large metal bracket to help strengthen the foundation help us keep our kids safe by helping us to remove the lead base paint when we removed the gutters all of the soffits and fascia and rotted wood and they all had to be replaced we had to restore over 60 windows and let me say that again we had to restore not purchase so it's been a very expensive project these are written and sealed shut in May for very hot classrooms so please help us open the window of opportunity for students to come and purchase a window to finish strong safe and fully modernized facility for many generations of future cars we need your help we need to raise an additional $200,000 to meet all of them needs at this project in Fletcher or gift we asked to consider helping us  and we're going to make this fun we're going to have opticians  keep track of how much is been contributing termites make this old reached the highest level in this classroom  I know that our community will be able to Rally together and finish this project because
